Nonwoven fabrics have the advantages of good moisture absorption, durable and difficult to use, etc., can be realized through a variety of processing technology to the production of products, today to introduce you to the needle punched nonwoven fabrics, needle punched nonwoven commonly used in automotive interior decorations or cleaning cloth, environmental protection, and clothing and other aspects.

ToggleSTEP 1: Prepared Materials
This is the first process of processing nonwoven fabrics, according to various standards of fiber proportioning, such as black A 3D-40%, black B 6D-40%, white A 3D 20%, according to the proportion of weighing and feeding and record to ensure product quality stability.
If the feeding ratio is wrong, then the style of the produced product will be different compared with the standard sample, or there will be a phase of product color difference, resulting in a bad batch.
For multiple raw materials mixed, color differences require high products, manual feeding as much as possible to disperse uniform, if possible, using two mixing equipment to ensure that the mixing of cotton as uniform as possible.
STEP 2: Tool organization
Processing will have several processes at the same time, which can be divided into several decomposition processes of the work of the equipment, all relying on the equipment to complete automatically.
STEP 3: Needle Felting
Begin preparation of tools and supplies, generally with a minimum gram weight of 80g, which are mainly used for automobile trunks, sunroof sunshade sheets, nonwoven fabrics for engine rooms, automobile undercarriages, coat hangers, seats, main carpets, and other parts of the car.
Adjust the needling conditions and determine the number of needling machines to be used in accordance with the product style and requirements; periodically check the degree of needle wear; set the frequency of needle changes; and use a special needle plate if necessary.
STEP 4: Final Test
Before the nonwoven fabrics are rolled, they will pass through the automatic metal detection, if the nonwoven fabrics are detected with more than 1mm of metal or broken needles, the equipment will be alarmed and stopped automatically; effectively preventing the metal or broken needles from flowing into the next process.
